Welcome to the River Valley Voice! The purpose of the River Valley Voice is to enhance economic vitality and quality of life in the Kankakee Region by advocating on political issues for the Kankakee area business community to any local, regional or state public office. Free enterprise is the solid foundation that the most developed economy in the world was build on, and is in fact the very backbone of our great nation, and we seek to preserve it from over-regulation. Our mission: to inform, influence, and impact comes from a desire to give business a voice in the direction government leaders seek to take our country. We offer an organized effort to advocate pro-business during the toughest test our economy has had in many decades.  We also seek to give businesses and individuals in the Kankakee River Valley the information that they need to stay up-to-date on current legislation that will effect business, and yes, job development in our region of Illinois.
